I had the opportunity to work on a Adventure Comic cover with artists Scott Clark and Dave Beaty.
We did the black and white pass – both pencils and inks.
Big Thanks to Scott for the chance to work with him.
We had a great time – and I look forward to doing more comic work in the future.
Summer 2010 Update:
I recently finished my flash site with some more work added to the various projects - (mainly movies and turntables)
It is not 100% finished. I have to still paint up the final look for the site. This is the bare-bones/line version of it.
I also have some more personal work to add in the coming months.
Here is a music video created by a good friends Andy and Maya Jones.
Andy directed it and Maya was the star!
Andy also used Maya’s sister Aiko and her boyfriend Kilian as the couple on the train and in the cafe.
I believe it was shot in Switzerland – beautiful country.
Great work guys!
Rough sketches and line drawings I did for my flash based site.
I was also able to collaborate with the guys over at Skeeo Creative on the production of the site.
Check it out if you have time.
Alias Beast – (beast) Art:
This is a collection of work I did for a tutorial DVD for Alias/Wavefront.
It never came to pass – mainly because Alias was purchased by Autodesk around the same time and the deal never materialized.
That said, it was still a fun project and I was able to collaborate with Andy Jones, Jeff Unay, Erick Miller and more.
Great group of guys!
The Animatrix “Final Flight of the Osiris” – (character) Art:
While I worked on many aspects of the production – my primary roll on the project was a “character artist”.
My main focus was on the Osiris crew members and their Matrix counter parts.
I should also note that I worked very closely with Francisco Cortina and Steven Giesler throughout the project.
I choose the image above – mainly because all three of us contributed to the making the Jue’s Matrix persona.
Both are amazing artist! You’ll find a link to their sites in my artist-links.
I’ll be posting more character art in the days to come.
